Would I rather work for money or satisfaction? I would work for money. I think if the job is ok and you are making a good amount of money I think that would be a good thing. But I think that if you enjoy a job and don’t get a lot of money that is also a good thing. I think that money is better because now in days things are getting more expensive. Money could be a good thing and a bad thing though, people with a lot of money sometimes are not as nice as the people who make less money. Money can make someone look better than others but that doesn’t mean that they are better than the people who make less. I think back then people worked for satisfaction, but now they work for money because it makes them look cooler, they think that having money puts them at the top of the list. I think that employers now nock people down on the list if they don’t have lots of money. I think that being a cop is a good job for pay and satisfaction. You are getting good money and you are making this world a better place.

I would rather work for money than for job satisfaction. I would rather choose working for money because you can't really get anywhere without it. Sure, I would love to get satisfaction, but without money what can you do? Without money you cant support yourself with food or shelter, nor can you support your family if you have one. You wouldn't be able to pay for a car or school. You need money to live and generally just support yourself. In America now, money makes you look good or makes you more popular, but in my opinion, it doesn't. It just helps you support yourself and get what you need to live healthy and stay healthy. Money can buy a lot of things, but money isn't happiness. All in all at the end this question, I guess I'd choose both options.

If you ask me it would all depend on what and who the job was for. If it was a job that was for a friend or an older couple then I would do it for satisfaction because they wouldent ask you to do the job if they didn't really kneed the help. Say you now a old couple and the old man is varry weak has had open heart serdgery and can't lift varry much weight and he asks for your help to put in say a window would you be able to just turn your back and leave him to do it himself if he was un willing to pay you or didn't even offer. I can tell you that I would not be able to do that I would just do it for job satisfaction. However I would not work for just job satisfaction if I had to do the job to stay in good heal they condishons. If I had to do a job to stay alive then I would do just that but make shore that I did the job well enouph to still get all of the job satisfaction that I could get out of doing that job. Just because you are getting payed to do a job dus not mean that you are not still going to get job satisfaction. That's why I think that it all depends on who and what the job is for.

If I had to choose between money and job satisfaction, I think I would rather work for job satisfaction. Money is an important part of life, but I don’t think it’s not everything. If you are working at something you don’t like to do then I feel that the money isn’t worth it. All day you would just be bored, and you going to work would be something that you dread. I think it is also important that you find satisfaction in what you do. After you are done working you should be proud of the money you made. You shouldn’t choose a job based on salary alone. Although money is important, you must find satisfaction in the job itself. I also think that if you are doing a job that isn’t the best but you are getting a great amount of money for it, you should do it. As long as the job is something you want to do, I feel like more money would definitely be an improvement. Job satisfaction is more important in my opinion, though. If I had the choice between the two, I would pick job satisfaction over money because finding satisfaction in your job should override monetary value.

Would I rather work for money or satisfaction? I would rather work for money. Money is something you need. Not just for fun but for bills and other things like that. And money can make people think that there better then another person. But money is just something that makes the world go around and around. Things are getting more expensive and things are not going to get cheaper. Money is a good thing to have. But honestly I think if you have a job you like you will be happy no matter what you get paid. But if you have a really good paying job and don’t like it what would you do keep the job that pays well or go to the job that makes you happy. I would go to the job that makes me happy. But some people would take the job that they hate because they are greedy. People who are greedy usually are really mean and bossy. This is the reason why I would work for money instead of job satisfaction. That is a really hard question for me to answer, I would have to probably have to go with working for money because then I could retire earlier in my life with more money than the other job would offer. The reason that I would have trouble choosing between the two options is because some people say that having a job that you love is worth more than all of the money in the world, but the way that I look at it is what are you going to do when you don’t have very much money and you can’t afford to pay the bills that are piling up on you. Then what are you going to do? You can’t just say “screw all of the bills I love my job even though I can’t afford anything.” But on the other hand some people that don’t have to many expenses figure that if I have to work might as well love my job. but I am not that type of person so I would work for the money and not for the quality of the job that I am working. That is just my point of view when you ask such a question.

When I think about working for money I think that the person who is paying you is being cheated out of money. I feel like that you should want to do your work instead of being forced to do something you would rather be doing something else. So therefore I would rather work for job satisfaction than money because if you really want your job you should be willing to work to help someone not to help yourself. I feel like those others should go before me so I don’t think it is right when other people take advantage of their boss. I think that if you do not want to work there then you should not have applied to work there in the first place. I think that your boss will like you more and will trust you more if you do things for them and do not expect him or her to pay you for those things. I like the money when working for pay but when I do get paid I feel like someone else could use the money more than me. That’s why I work to help people instead of working for your own good and I think that people that do that are selfish.

For me personally I would have a job that I’m satisfied with rather than having a job that pays a lot of money. I wouldn’t want to go to my job and be miserable all day just because it has good pay. I think that the satisfaction of having a good job is way better than having the satisfaction of having lots of money. I think if I had a job that I didn’t like I would have bad days, every day and that’s not good. If you like the job you’re doing it shouldn’t matter how much money you get I mean it matters but don’t quit it because you aren’t getting the same amount of money you would be getting if you had a job you didn’t like. If you work at a job you don’t like every day you are going to question yourself if the money is worth the bad days, the stress and everything you don’t like about the job. Sooner or later you are going to realize that you don’t like the job and you would rather work somewhere that you like the job. I think that the satisfaction of working at your job should override how much money you get.

If I had the choice between money and job satisfaction I would have to choose job satisfaction. The reason I would have to choose job satisfaction is because if you have job satisfaction you will most likely be happier. Yes, money can bring happiness too but if you have a job that you really like then the money doesn’t really matter. Another reason I would rather have job satisfaction is because if you just have a job that you hate and it seems to make the day take forever and you are always looking at the clock then you obviously don’t have fun at your job. I think having fun at your job is better than anything because the day will seem to go by faster and you can come home to family or your dog and do the things you need to do and have a stress free day. Having a job is like being at school some days it seems like it takes forever and other days it goes by really fast. Most people don’t like school so it seems like it takes longer than for other people who like school. Over all money is nice but I would rather have a job that I like so I could be happy.

To me personally, if I had to choose between having a job for the money or for the satisfaction, I would choose to work for money with out a doubt. There are a lot of people around the world who do their jobs for the money to help others in need or for their families. Without the money, you usually can't do much in your everyday life. You need to buy and pay for things that you need to have. If you were to have a job because of the satisfaction then you would worry and dread about going to work all the time. You probably wouldn't get as much because they know you just like what you're doing. Although you might not be as happy about the money job, you still can feel the pride in yourself for doing something you might not want to do. You'll probably get paid more for the job but you will have money for your family. Hard earned cash to spend. Things everywhere these days are starting to get more expensive. You need the money. I also think that if you have quite a bit of money already that you should have a job for the satisfaction and not the money so others can develop a good amount for themselves and their families.

I would rather work for job satisfaction because if I had a job that offered a lot of money but no satisfaction I wouldn’t be happy and I would not have a drive to do well. Therefore, it would be more effort to do as much as if I had a lower paying job that I liked and wanted to succeed in. Then I would have a drive to succeed and I would use less mental effort in doing so. Take it this way, when you dig a hole with friends just because you want to, you are not getting any money but it is fun and so it doesn’t take as much noticeable effort. However, when you have to dig a hole because you have to, you may get paid a hundred dollars a minute, but the fun’s gone and it seems so much harder. The same goes for work. If you enjoy your job, it seems to take far less time and effort; when you work in a job that pays a lot but is not enjoyable, it seems to drag on and on. Don’t take me wrong. Money is an important aspect when looking for a job. I’m just stating that I would rather find a job that I like.

Me personally I would rather work for money instead of job satisfaction because if you work for money then you get money to be able to do fun things for your life, and if you just work for job satisfaction then you wont be earning money to be able to pay your rent for your house or other things like that or you wouldn’t be able to buy food or your self and then you will be living on the streets with no money for food with a job that is fun to you. I have plenty of reasons on why I think working for money is better then working for job satisfaction such as if your not earning money than you will not be able to do fun things in your life. If you don’t do fun things in your life then you life is going to be filled with boringness, which is not good. If you don’t have money then you will not be able to pay for all the things you need in life such as a home, food, and clothes which you do not want to go around naked in front of everybody in the town. Those are some reasons on why I think that working for money is better than working for job satisfaction.

For this interview question I am going to answer with, job satisfaction is more important than job pay. I think this because I think if you love your job you never work a day in your life. I would not do a job if it had horrible pay unless it was like a summer job during school. So there is a middle ground that you have to compromise with but if there is a job you want I think you should go for it. People that hate their job but get paid a lot really are not even as close to being as happy as people that make a middle ground salary but truly love their job. Of course there are jobs that pay a lot and people may think are fun. For example a professional athlete usually gets paid a ton and I bet for most it is a dream come true to play a fun sport and get paid for it. So in my opinion I am going to have to say that loving your job is way more important than getting paid to me because if you hate your job, than how can you put up with it for years on end?

Would I rather work for money or job satisfaction? I would rather work for job satisfaction, because I would be much happier doing something every day that I love than going to a job just for money. If had to choose I would want to do something involving sports. It would be easy to have job satisfaction in a sports related field. I would find baseball management very interesting and exciting. I would want to become a coach because I enjoy the strategies of the game, working with players, other coaches, and the personnel it takes to manage a team. If you’re around someone who just works for money and nothing else they never seem very happy in their free time. But then you see people who love their job they are always in a good mood. People who enjoy working are happier being at work compared to a person who just works for money might not want to be there. If you working somewhere you enjoy you will also enjoy being around your co-workers. Unlike when you don’t enjoy the job you don’t really get along with the people you work with you just want to get paid and be done. In the long run a person may stay a job they enjoy longer and possibly make more money over the long term. In conclusion I would rather go out for job satisfaction than money every day.

Would I rather work for money or job satisfaction? I think I would work for job satisfaction because I would rather wake up in the morning thinking to myself I get to go to work today yes! Than if I got paid a lot of money to do something I do not enjoy then I would go home be stressed but have lots of money that’s not the way I would be. But that’s what the dream job is. A dream is a job that you get paid good money and you love it. But the chance you get that job is slim to none. So if I had a choice of whether I get job satisfaction or getting paid big bucks I would chose job satisfaction. I love the saying the less the stress the best. I would rather have no stress and like no money than be a millionaire and just can’t sleep at night because I am so stressed about my job. Or like doctors who get paid well while they risk people’s lives and have to worry through surgery and stuff so it would make frustrating. That is my option on job satisfaction or good pay for work.

Would I rather work for money or for job satisfaction? I would honestly rather work for the money. If you just worked for the job satisfaction and the joy you got out of doing your job then it is not technically a job, it is basically a hobby you love doing. The purpose of a job is to earn that money to pay bills, buy groceries and other things that you need in life. Even if you didn’t enjoy going to work and doing that work it will be worth it if you get paid instead of loving your job and going home at the end of the day with no pay or anything, just the happiness it supplied you with. The work you get paid for but don’t necessarily enjoy it you could just find a fun hobby to do for the rest of the day or when your not working but working for that money. Money is what a job is for, if you didn’t get paid for the work your doing you should find a different job, obviously. So all in all I would much rather work for money rather than job satisfaction.

I personally would choose to work for job satisfaction over money. While money does make the world go around, if you hate your job it's not worth it. I believe that if you loved your job and made minimum wage it would be better than make $30 and hating your job. The reason I choose job satisfaction over money is because if you hate your job then you wouldn’t even enjoy spending the money. If you love your job but make minimum wage, it’s like you are getting paid to do something you love. It’s the same concept as if you were getting paid to casually go bowling once a week, except it is a job. This is why I choose job satisfaction over money. While people can reasonably go both ways, I don’t think money is the most important thing in the world you need to be happy. If everyone could make a reasonable living while still doing a job they loved the world would be a much better place, but often times you have to sacrifice one for the other. So when I leave high school to get a job I intend on looking for a job I will enjoy rather than a job that makes good money.

I would rather work for money but I would also want to work for a job that I enjoy. I believe that working for money is more important that working for satisfaction because you need money in your everyday life. You need it for your car or house you could need it to support your family if you have one or just to you support yourself. Money is needed for pretty much everything you need to be able to by your food and pay for gas, pay bills and a whole lot of other things. But on the other hand I think I would want to work for job satisfaction because I wouldn’t want to work for hours a week at a job I don’t enjoy because then I wouldn’t care about the work as much as I would with a job that I enjoy. So I guess this means I would work at a job that I get both money and job satiation. Also if I got paid a whole bunch of money and had a really mean boss I would defiantly quit because we probably wouldn’t get along and mean bosses are not fun to work with. No one would want to work with horrible boss.

Would I rather work for job satisfaction or money? In my opinion, I would work for money. In this generation you can't be picky with what you want to do in your life because there aren't that many job oppurtinities in the United States right now. Money gets you through life, and you don't want to be on the corner of the enter and exit of Wal Mart begging for change, wearing the same clothes daily, and haven't felt the clean feeling of yourself in a long time. You need money well for everything. You need money especially if you own a house, vehicles, wife, kids, or pets. You need cash to buy food and water just to survive. Yeah, job satisfaction is nice, but I know people who hate their jobs and don't want to quit because they don't want to drive 30 miles just to get to work or they don't want to just sit around doing nothing and not get a weekly paycheck. It's hard to find a job, it's hard just getting it. It may suck, and make you feel overwhelmed at times, but it's always worth it because of that paycheck that doesn't make you lose your pride, respect, and possibly your life.

I think that I would rather have job satisfaction then work for just the money because as the saying goes money can't buy you happiness. Money would be nice but if you enjoy your job then it isn't really working. Making money is nice but if you don't enjoy your job you will likely not care about it and eventually get fired because you don't try at it. It would be best if you could get both: a job you enjoy and it pays well. That would be the best thing for someone and it is more difficult for other to find one they enjoy and make a good amount of money at. Others find that very easy and probably already work where they would like to be working at. There is a couple of jobs I would enjoy and make a good amount of money at. Comments are closed.
