How do you feel about DQ's?
Answer this question with a reflection about what you are learning, experiencing, enjoying, and hating about DQ's. I want you to be honest but tact is important. Also include if you think we should continue with DQ's, even provide alternate ways to have these discussions.
Because this is personal and I want full effort you will not respond to other students and must write 100 + words to get credit.
Sad to say that I have to miss my favorite day of the year because of a sick little lady at home. So hope my students enjoy the day without me and wear green for the extra credit. Business Communication classes you have the 17th to finish your Chapter 9 work and any redo assignments. You will take your Chapter 9 quiz when I get back on Friday. There is a worksheet called "Reference Letters" on the round table you need to write the answers to the quick check questions on a piece of paper and then turn in by Friday. This will help you with your project. I printed out grade reports - be sure to look over all the Chapter 9 work and if there is an error make sure to write it down and then sign and turn in. If all is correct then sign and turn in.
Applied math 1 - you need to complete a NCAA bracket and we will use tomorrow in class. Then work on your pages 430-431 and turn in before you leave. There is a worksheet on the round table (2 pages) labeled 3rd hour, complete by Friday.
Applied math 2 - turn in your p.430-431 and worksheet. Then take a worksheet off the round table that is labeled 4th hour (should be 4 pages I think). These are due when you come to class on Friday.
Digital Media - Please work on your Project.
Digitools 7 - work on your Lesson 17-20
See you all on Monday.

Each student in my class has been given a report of their current grades with assignments and scores. I am offering 10 extra credit points to students who have parents sign and return by Wed, Mar 9th. I would like to see the students who need the extra credit to take advantage of this, but most of the time it is the students that don't need it. This only speaks to the fact that it isn't about what we know but what we do

Mrs. Miller will use the blog to help students ask questions, remember what we did in class and just a place to discuss class topics.
